Highland Ridge Water is a Class I Distribution Water System located in Washington County serving over 1360 customers in Adams, Fearing, Independence, Lawrence, Liberty, Muskingum, Newport, and Salem Townships. HRW currently maintains approximately 280 miles of main water line.
