REMOTE READ METERS
Damage done to a remote read meter and/or MIU by customer, shall result in customer reimbursing HRW for actual cost of replacement plus $65 service call.
LID REPLACEMENT
HRW shall replace a damaged lid caused by customer one time, after that HRW shall charge customer for the next damaged lid.
CHANGING METERS (CUSTOMER REQUESTED)
There is a fee of $75 to change meter if customer requests it and the meter is found to be in good working order. The customer will be notified if said meter is changed that it will cost them to do so.
AFTER HOURS CALL OUT - NON EMERGENCY
For a non-emergency call out after hours, a fee of $100 shall be charged (in conjunction with but not limited to customer complaint of miss read meter, proof of customer leak, customer valve shut off, etc.) and is not the responsibility of HRW.
LEAK ADJUSTMENT
A customer is entitled to a one time major leak adjustment. It is figured from a 3 month average. Contact the office for more information. If a customer asks for an additional leak adjustment, they must come to a board meeting and discuss with Board Members.
