Bills due by the 10th of the Month to avoid late fees.
The Board meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. All customers are invited to attend and participate. Meetings are held at the water office, 1330 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell, OH. During the winter months, the first Tuesday meeting is only held.
The Highland Ridge Water Annual meeting is the first Thursday of November at 7:00 p.m.
